A cab network, built in the open
We are starting small and on purpose — one city, a WhatsApp sign-up, and a roadmap shaped by the people who join BulaCab before it launches.
Why we are building this
Getting around New Delhi should not mean fares you cannot predict, drivers who cancel at the last minute, or a helpline that never picks up. We think a smaller network — one that actually answers to the city it runs in — can do this better.
So we are building BulaCab the slow way. Sign up the community first, listen to what riders and drivers actually need, then start moving people. If that is a service you want to exist, join the pre-launch list — your input genuinely shapes what we ship.

Four things we will not trade away
Community before scale
We grow from a real base of riders and drivers, not an ad budget.
One city, done right
Every decision points at New Delhi until the service genuinely works here.
Accountable by design
A local team you can reach directly — no overseas support queue.
Fair on both sides
Fares and payouts designed with the people who live with them.
